Each permit application, filed with the Municipal Building and Environment Inspector, must include the following forms:

• The General Permit Application ;
• And the form that applies to your application.

All permit applications must be sent to the Municipal Building and Environment Inspector by email at urbanisme@barnston-ouest.ca, by mail or submitted to the Municipal office.

For your license to be valid, you must sign it, return it to the Municipal Building and Environment Inspector, and include payment.
